Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Place the unused portion of your electrolyte packets or the unopened boxes back into their original shipping container, clearly marking the RA number on the outside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your RA.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, which typically appears on your statement within 5-10 business days.
